First Bus Ride

Riding on the big yellow limousine (as my dad would say) is no doubt one of their favorite parts of our trip!

Here we go! Did you notice anything in this picture that is different from when you rode in a bus growing up (aside from the seat belts)? That's right. AIR CONDITIONING. They will never know the hot school bus struggle.

And here's our ride home...always the sign of a great field trip :)

The Circle of Life

Well as swiftly as new plant life is beginning another one is ending. I was saddened to hear that our beloved "shade" tree did not weather this weekends storms. RIP sweet little tree, you sure were helpful to a LOT of my Kindergartner during the extra hot summer.

In happier news, our class plants are sprouting like crazy!
