Library time
Every Friday K1 visits the fabulous Library!! Today we read this GREAT spin-off nursery rhyme book by two of our favorite Authors and illustrators! If you have time check out more of their wonderful books.

First trip to the...
Computer lab! Today we journeyed down to the computer lab and got better acquainted with Technology Toni (our technology teacher) and the 'ins and outs' of the lab. Before we left, she taught us a fun game called "log-on, log-off" where they got to practice their log-in and password and how to log-off, too!

Little Miss Muffett
Today we sang "Little Miss Muffett" approximately 20 times :) They took turns pretending to be LMM and the spider as the rest of us sang along! The great part was the boys enjoyed being LMM even MORE than the girls!
Work on Writing
Yesterday we started the second part of our "Daily 5" called....work on writing! They were introduced to the writing station and all the fun things they can do there!
