Police officer, firemen, clowns...oh my!

We've had a busy week with some very special visitors. Yesterday an officer came to talk to us about learning our phone number, address, stranger danger, and what to do if there's an emergency. Most importantly, we talked about all those nifty gadgets he has on his belt :)
Today we had the firefighter clowns (always entertaining) come talk to us about having a secret password with your family, wearing a helmet and knee pads when riding your bike, and tools vs. toys (matches-tool, not a toy). Then they discussed where to meet if their was a fire at your house and having 2 ways out of your room. It was a lot of very important info, make sure you have these serious talks with your kiddo.
