Since Groundhog Day fell on a Saturday we celebrated on Friday. Today we loved seeing who's prediction was right!

Freezing and sleeping

Today we really went all out in k1! Started our day in the cafeteria freezer (we are starting to learn about penguins and polar bears). Then traveled to the Arctic and Antarctica! FINALLY got to play on the field at recess (it's been almost 2 weeks)! Watched our "fun Friday" Magic School Bus about animals in the arctic. Then wrapped up our study of hibernation with making bear dens. I am tired but I really love these kinder moments!!
